These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of hRumble (the “Service”) — a game that runs inside Discord — together with its virtual currency $RumBux, virtual items, and any related pages or communities we operate. hRumble is provided by Rumbux Labs (“we”, “us”, “our”). By adding, accessing, or playing hRumble, or by making any purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
hRumble is strictly for adults aged 18 or over. The Service is age-restricted. By using hRumble or making any purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms.
When you buy $RumBux or anything else, you will be asked to confirm that you are 18 or over. If we discover that a purchase was made by someone under 18, we will refund that purchase where required and may restrict or close the account. A parent or guardian who believes a minor has accessed the Service or made a purchase can contact us using the report/support routes in section 18.
hRumble is a multiplayer, last-one-standing elimination game that runs inside Discord. Gameplay, features, mini-games, ranks, currency, pricing, and availability may change, pause, or be withdrawn at any time. The Service is provided on an “as available” basis and we do not guarantee that it will always be online, uninterrupted, or error-free.
You access hRumble through your own Discord account and are responsible for activity that takes place under it. You must comply with Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines while using hRumble. We are not responsible for your Discord account, and access to hRumble depends on your continued access to Discord, which is outside our control.
$RumBux is a virtual, in-game currency with no monetary value. It is not money, not electronic money, and not a payment instrument. $RumBux and any virtual items, cosmetics, lives, or other virtual content:
Any in-game gifting or transfer of $RumBux between players is a feature of the game and is permitted only as, and to the extent, the game allows. It is subject to limits, and must never be used to trade $RumBux, accounts, or items for real-world value (see section 07).
You can buy $RumBux and certain other items through the in-game menu. Purchases are handled by a third-party payment processor, and your purchase is also subject to that processor's terms and privacy policy. We do not receive or store your full card details — the processor handles payment information.
The price and any applicable taxes are shown to you before you confirm a purchase. Prices may change from time to time, but changes do not affect purchases you have already completed. Once payment is confirmed, the $RumBux or item is credited to the account you bought it for.
$RumBux and virtual items are digital content that is made available for use as soon as your purchase completes.
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you may have a legal right to cancel certain purchases of digital content within 14 days. That right does not apply once supply of the digital content has begun with your express prior consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose the right to cancel. Where the right does apply, you can exercise it by contacting us (section 18).
As a practical matter, we will consider a refund request for unused $RumBux made within 14 days of purchase. Once $RumBux has been spent or used in a game — for example on lives, cosmetics, or to enter a prize-pot game — it cannot be refunded. Nothing in this section removes your statutory rights as a consumer.
Real-money trading is strictly prohibited. You must not buy, sell, trade, auction, lend, gift-for-value, or otherwise exchange $RumBux, virtual items, or hRumble accounts for real money or for anything of real-world value, whether inside or outside the Service, and whether directly or through a third party. You must not advertise, arrange, or facilitate any such trade.
$RumBux enters the game at full price through our payment processor and is designed to stay inside the game. To keep it that way, the Service applies limits on how much players can transfer, caps on prize pots relative to the number of genuine players, logging of transfers, and other anti-abuse controls. Attempting to bypass these controls is a breach of these Terms.
If we believe RMT or an attempt to circumvent our controls has occurred, we may remove the $RumBux and items involved wherever they flowed, suspend or permanently ban the accounts involved, and take any other step we consider appropriate.
To keep hRumble fair and fun, you agree not to:
You must also follow Discord's rules wherever they apply to your use of hRumble.
Some hRumble games involve a prize pot. Any prize is paid in $RumBux only. Because $RumBux has no real-world monetary value and cannot be cashed out, prizes have no real-world monetary value either. Entry requirements, pot limits, and the way winners are determined are set within the game and may change. We may cancel, void, or re-run a game affected by error, abuse, or technical fault.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to hRumble — and remove $RumBux or items — if you breach these Terms, if we reasonably suspect fraud, RMT, or abuse, or where we need to for legal or security reasons. You may stop using hRumble at any time.
If your account is terminated for breach, or if the Service ends (see section 11), any $RumBux and virtual items are lost. Because they have no monetary value, no refund or compensation is due for them, except where the law requires otherwise (for example, for purchases you were entitled to cancel and had not used).
hRumble is an evolving project. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, and we may stop providing hRumble altogether. Where we plan to end the Service entirely and it is reasonable to do so, we'll try to give notice through the Service or our community channels.
hRumble, the “hRumble” and “Rumbux Labs” names, the game, its artwork, mini-games, and content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use hRumble for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or create derivative works from the Service except as the law allows.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of $RumBux or virtual items (which have no monetary value), or for indirect or unforeseeable loss. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these Terms.
hRumble runs on Discord and uses third-party services (such as a payment processor and hosting providers) to operate. hRumble is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by Discord or by any payment provider, and those third parties have their own terms that apply to your use of their services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the version number and effective date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be flagged through the Service or our community channels where reasonable. Continuing to use hRumble after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you may instead bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction; nothing here removes mandatory legal protections available to you where you live.
